Moline G950 hydraulic trouble

helping a guy work on his Moline G 950 tonight and after fillin all fluids and other fun stuff like that we fired it up and let her warm up good, hooked it to a New Holland round baler and attempted to open the baler, it would lift the gate about 1/2 way then stop, the tractor engine would load while it was liftin but when the gate stoped moving the load wasnt on the engine anymore either, fliud level is full, filter wasnt the problem as we removed it and the problem was still the same. it just fades out.
anyideas? Tractor has been sittin for 5 yrs or so and the guy that run it last no longer exsists.

I think you have a vickers pump on that. on the pump you can turn the pump up.
