Do I have a cut-out here?

Went to Portland last month looking for R gen stuff. Found some new parts, look like a cut-out on gen case. No brand, but #2098300 on case. Has warning not to short any terms to ground. Has two terms, one is FLD, and other says IGN! The IGN part is what I didn't get. Found written dates of April 74 on backside. Made in USA. NOt sure of any voltage OR if this is even a cut-out. Only paid a $1 for it, so guess no big loss. What you think I have? Also, two resistor coils underneath, one larger than other, I just noticed, to terminals.

G.L. - Don't know about the part number, but from your other description I can almost guarantee it is voltage regulator for a first generation Chrysler alternator - 1959 thru about 1970 or so.
