2 things: The 80/90 oil is correct. It was 90 wt originally, but 80/90 is probably as close as you can easily come. Transmission oil is filled through the plug in the top of the shifter housing with the hex recess. the check plug is on the right side above the brake pedals. There are 2 drains. The drain for the front compartment (assuming your 335 has Amplitorque) is ahead of the brake pedals.
The drain for the rear compartment is underneath, just above the drawbar. Hydraulic oil is separate from transmission oil. (Don't think Ford with these tractors). Orignally it was Type S, but Dextron II or Dextron III is the modern substitute, although sounds like some guys are using trans-draulic oil for a substitute. they hydraulic oil can be filled in a 335 by removing the plate with the rate and cycle levers and filling to within 1" to 1-1/4" from the top. On my 335, its easier to remove the plate with 6 bolts that covers the rockshaft. When I fill, I still keep in mind the depth at the are where the rate and cycle levers are-I can see that area inside from the open cover.
