I was curious to know if the old M&M tractors were very sought out by collectors. Can any help me with this topic? Do unrestored tractors sell very good? Is there anyone seeking these old tractors or their parts? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

MM Heaven; If you are in the Midwest and an area where MM was popular or sold heavily you may want to pursue a tractor or parts sell-off. Many farmers have sold off the operations and others are consolidating lands and equipment. Those that
have remained with the land always want more capable tractors so what you one day may have to offer up will be to the tractor hobbyist. Don't
plan on a windfall of cash unless the tractor and equipment lot is in the high dozens of rigs and things. Good luck in your decisions.

Chris, my experence with the MM is not good. I paid $600 for one not running and have spent several hundred more to get it running and now cant's sell it for half the amount I have in it. I put it on ebay and the high bid was $320 for a running U with good tires and tin. I hope they work out better for you though.

Sure! That's why we're here isn't it? Many "sellers" just in hobbie for the money will even tear down a good tractor just to sell the parts, get more money that way. It's a shame that happens. You have a lead on some parts tractors or such? Certain items may sell fast, yet you sit on other parts, like case castings and gear parts. Sheet metals, fenders, wheels, any engines usually go quickly. Depends on models offered also.

That is good news. Thank you very much for your reply. My grandfather has a bunch of these old tractors out at the farm. He is getting very old and I'm sure he will not get rid of these tractors before he passes on. I have no intentions of dealing with selling these tractors or parts until later on down the road. At this time I'm just curious to know what the enthuiast base is like. Hopefully someday there will still be a great want for these tractors and their parts. I really do appreciate the response though, it helps out greatly. Thank you.
