445 engine parts

i am overhauling my 445 and am in need of rings and bearings. can anyone suggest someplace that is reasonable in their pricing for these items? i have contacted mylocal dealer and he claims he cant get some of the parts i need. i am also in need of all gaskets as well.

Although I've heard good about River Dale Farms and I've traded with Welters and been satisfied, If all I needed was rings, bearings and seals, I would get the gasket set from NAPA. It should also have the felt rear seal that I think your 445 takes. I would get the rings and bearings from value built.
If it needs boring and oversize pistons, then you need to get in touch with the others.
