M-5 heads 4209 or 4210?

What is the difference between 4209 & 4210 heads?? I have two M-5 LPGs with 4210. I also have two M-5 gas with 4210. I just bought a M-5 gas with 4209. Which ones are correct??? Thanks for your help.

the 4209s are for gasoline. 4210 is pretty high compression on gasoline with otherwise stock engines. 4210 was intended for the lp engines.

Dad and I just switched our bored out M5 from 4210 to 4209. Crankes easier and doesn't diesel when you shut it off. Still has decent compression. Dropped from maybe 8.5 down to 7.5 maybe. Watch your head height, rocker arms, studs, and so on. 4209 are taller.

We were witnessing dieseling problems with the one we were working on that had 4210 heads. That and a cracked head, maybe from too much detonation. It was also 4-3/4 bore. I calculated, using Jeremy Fiorelli's head table, that it had 9.2 to 1 compression, not counting the dome on the M&W pistons.
