52 UTU worth saving?

I have a very complete LP 52 UTU, unrusted, comes from the panhandle of Texas, good tires and rims.

The motor has set up since I have owned it and the clutch is weak.

I wonder if it is worth restoration or should I try to find a running tractor to restore. I farmed with these tractors in the fifties near Kress, Texas between Lubbock and Amarillo and they are dear to me.

Restore it or sell it to me and I will do it!
I have restored a UTS and a ZTU and would love to do a UTU. I live about 150 miles from you. I have a set of heads and blocks that would work out perfect.

If it's complete and straight it's definantly worth saving. Junk it and you may end up regretting it in the future.
