I Have a U-302 and it slips on both low and high sides. Would this be the ground clutch slipping or a problem with the torque. Spit the tractor and there seems to be a lot of grease on the clutch it seems to look ok. Any help or suggestions would be great.

That would be a big yes on the "ground clutch". Some one has pumped too much grease into the though out bearing and it has worked its way to the clutch facings and pressure plates. It will be real hard to clean up the clutch now. You would be money and time ahead to replace it.

Not knowing alot about the Ampli-torque I would say that there is a seal or something bad in there. Grease on the clutch has never been a good thing on anything I have driven. I would try to dry out the clutch plates and the flywheel and all and look for a grease or oil leak.
