Matt,
You've got a 1958 445 Utility.

My 2 cents....$500.00 if the rims and rubber are real good, and the tractor is complete. $200.00 if rusted out rims and bad.

thanks for the reply jc i bought the tractor pretty cheap so making money well be easy,i guess i dont know much about mm's can you get your money back if you restore the tractor and paint it.my time doesnt bother me working on them it is the expense of parts and machine shop work that scares me.

Without seeing the tractor, or knowing its problems, it would be impossible to give you the answer you are seeking, but in general, MM tractors are not real expensive to restore. There are thousands of parts tractors, and thousands of great Minnie Mo families that are very helpful.
I would suggest you find a local MM collector and find out which machine shop will do a good job for a fair price. You will be able to find most any part, go to the MM site and search the links for parts vendors.
As far as paint, if you shoot it yourself it won't be to expensive.
As far as resale, like I said, there are thousands of U tractors out there, if you are looking to make a ton of money, you won't. It is too easy for a potential buyer to find another for less than you are asking.
But if you want a good tractor to be proud of, and possibly make a couple bucks selling it all dressed up, you should come out alright.
You just need to keep both eyes open and be realistic as what you are wanting to accomplish.
Good luck.
