My neighbor and I own a MM Jetstar 2 we believe. We think it is a 1963 to 65 model. He is buying a new Kubota and wants to sell his share of the MM to me. We are trying to determine its approximate value. It has a front end loader and runs pretty rough but still has sufficent power to operate a 5 ft. bush hog. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

Tom, Your facts don't match up at all. The jetstar II was only built one year it was 1963. Jetstar III where built from 1964 through 1970. Post a serial number and we can tel just what make and year it really is. Plain ol jetstar's where built from 1959 through 1962.

Kevin, Thanks for your note. I am not surprised that I have my facts wrong. The tractor has worked nicely over the years and we didn't any attention to year or model. The plate that has the serial # on it is difficult to read but I believe the # is:16502328. Thanks for your help.

Tom,
Your tractor is a 1962 Jet Star. The last Jet Star made was ser # 16502439. The Jet Star 2 serial #s started with 2580(gas) or 2570(diesel) prefix vs the Jet Star's 1650(gas) or 1750(diesel) prefix.
