I am rebuilding the carb on my 1969 MM M670 Super. The carb is a TSX 901 model. Can anyone tell me what the rebuild kit replacement number is for this model, from CarQuest or AGCO? The CarQuest reference manual does not show the TSX 901. Can anyone give me the part number for the air intake breather tube-to-carb rubber hose is for this tractor? Would like to have a parts manual, but don't. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

According to my V-B catalog, its the same kit as the M5 TSX 795, also same as GB TSX 740.

JKC,

Can't help you on the carburetor repair kit, except to say that that is the right carb for your tractor. Parts book shows you need a 3 part air cleaner tube plus the air cleaner restriction indicator for your tractor. It shows you need part #10A23108, rubber elbow, air cleaner outlet to tube, 2 3/16" I.D., the tube, part #11A23108, 2 1/4 O.D. x 15 1/4" long, and another elbow, part #10A23106, tube to carburetor, 2 3/16" I.D. To be politically correct you would then need the air restriction indicator #10A22622, 45 degree street elbow 1/8" and a 1/8" x 3/4 pipe nipple. The earlier 670's, non super, used a single rubber hose from the air cleaner to carb, part #10A22502. Hope this helps.

Jim
