I am considering buying an old Mimmie Mo "69" Harvestor or a model "88" Harvestor to restore.

Are there any good ones out there and if so, what should I expect to pay for one?

For what it's worth, I paid $25 for my 1955 Harvestor 88, PTO-driven. I bought it to restore someday, as it was sitting outside and had not been run in several years. It still "looks" pretty good, but will take some work to get it running..... .so that explains the $25 price. Also, I purchased it from a farm widow who just wanted to get the darn thing out of her yard. Hope this helps.

Yes there is. I have a 69 and paid 500.00 for it. I saw one sell in November at the same place where the UDLX sold for $111,000 and the 69 sold for the same 500.00. Nice one also and it had the wisconsin on it but didn't run I don't think? I would suggest finding one that is PTO driven because some wisonsin motors are hard to get parts for. Mine is pto driven and in line for restoration. One on ebay a few weeks back brought I think $150.00 and it wasn't in too bad of shape either.

Thank you for your comments. Which unit is better, the 69 or the 88?
Are they both a 7 ft. cut?

Well, which unit is better is a hard question to answer. I got my 69 because of opportunity was there and it was the easier one to haul. Plus the shed space factor. Mine was never rained on until I was in route for home with it.
Cutting width on a 69 is hence 69" and of course 88 was 88".
