I plan to put an old F10 Farmhand loader on one of my old tractors, and I may put it on my UTS.
Has anyone mounted and used one of these loaders with a U? How good of a match were they?

I would use the tractor and loader with a haysweep head to help lift small square bales while stacking.

Is that the loader with the frame behind the rear axle and arms and cylinders on the outside of the tires?

well, I don't have one, but a friend here in NC bought his Dad's UTU back and it had one on it. I've only seen one-on a M Farmall. It sure looks awkward. That one powered the loader by a pump off the pto.

They are pretty good except you better have some big arm muscles when turning with a full load.
