My Dad pulls a bone stock ZA in 4000 up to 5000. It is very competetive with some big dollar JD's and 77's. He has 12.4X38's. It really lugs well. ZA's are a great stock puller for someone who doesn't want to spend much and still be competetive.

I have a MM ZAU and a Few H farmalls, in a stock class at 4200lbs,, the ZAU out pulled my Super H by 10 feet!!,, both are 42 hp, and weighed the same. The Z just lugged down and pulled!! the H spun out. Just my 2 cents

You will be pulling against farmall H ,John Deere B, AC-WD Oliver 77 Massey 33, if your Z is running good and with good 13-6-38 tires and with your hitch at 18 inches you will have no problem with any of these tractors, good luck AND HAVE SOME FUN.

Stock Hs and As horsepower wise. You can get a Z a lot lighter than an A or styled B.
