G705 grill and info on tractor parts

Hi, I have a g705 and was wondering about the grill on my tractor, most pictures I have seen have a white band over the grill and around the sides. mine dosn't have this. Is this on all tractors or just some of them? I have looked at several pictures most do but some don't. I guess that I need a grill if it does, If any one has one or knows where to get one please let me know, I will need other parts for this tractor so feel free to e-mail me. It is a G705 diesel.

BMG is probably right. It also may depend on the year it was built. I know early Jetstar3s had that band- just a bit over half way up the grille- and later Jetstars3s had that band moved up to the top of the grille and extending along the sides of the hood.

Morgan,
Yes, the G705 has a white band around the grill and wrapping around the radiator sides. I believe they were for looks only and didn't serve any function so if they fell off the farmer didn't bother to put it back on. Check out some of the parts sources listed on www.minneapolis-moline.com
