I've looked in 3 M-M shop manuals, U, R and ZA and they give no specs for any of the items you mentioned. One thing they do tell is to be sure that there is no end play in the the pinion shaft. This is set by the thrust washer between the rotor and housing. I can almost assure you that yours will have end play and you will need to shim it up or machine a new washer. They also mention checking for play between the shafts and brass bushings. My experience has shown that these are the things to check and fix, you need to take out as much play as possible to make them work properly, and also in the linkage to the carb and also the play in the carb throttle shaft. It's best to rebush it, too. Only spec I could find was for the steel ball in each gov. The U parts book says 31/64 and the R and ZA parts book calls for that ball to be 39/64. Experience has also shown that the parts you mention are usually alright. Hope this helps.
