GTA Stuck motor

I am looking at a 1946 GTA with a stuck motor. The tractor is pretty good shape but the owner says it has been stuck for many years. Is it possible to get parts for this gas motor? If so where? Any info would be great.

Yes, I know rings and bearings are available new.
These engines are almost identical to 403 power units, and lots of parts interchange.
I can attest that the cylinder blocks can be re-sleeved back to standard bore if necessary (That way you might can use your old pistons. Provided the 4-5/8" repair sleeves are still available.)

The big sticker is the manifold. I think Charlie Biler had some, don't know what happened to him as he hasn't posted in months. A repro manifold for an M5 will work, It just won't be original.
