Rebuilding AT on U302 Super

My U302 Super lost the low speed on the AT. It worked intermittently for a while then just quit. High end works fine. I split the tractor and removed the AT. The clutch portion looks good, no broken ears on discs. The Hub Carrier on the back of the planetary is worn enough to feel a groove with my fingernail. I would like some advice on what should be replaced. I priced out everything at my Agco dealer and it would run close to $1500 in parts to replace it all. Because of the groove I assume the Hub needs to be replaced. I would also think the Sprag clutch would need to be replaced as it works directly with the Hub. There are roller bearings on either side of the Sprag, they seem to be in great shape, should they be replaced? If the discs in the clutch all have their ears and did not appear to slip do they need to be replaced.
I dont want to replace anything I dont need to, but I also want to do this right the first time.
Any advice would be apreciated,
Thanks
KS
