Identifying a Moline

My Uncle-in-law has a Minn Moline. I don't know much about Molines, but he needs an exhaust maniflod for it. I believe he told me it was a UTU, but I am not sure. He told me that it had a split head design. Can anyone tell me where the serial numbers are on it, so I can identify it? Also, a site I can visit to cross reference the serial numbers to identify it, and help him find parts for it? Thanks for any help! ----Rob

P.S. Are maniflods for MM tractors hard to find?

Rob,
Moline had seperate serial # tags on the engine and tractor. The tractor serial # plate should be on the right side of the trans housing below the hand clutch lever and above and behind the belt pulley. Manifolds for U model tractors are being reproduced. Originals are still out there but are getting harder to find ones in decent shape for a reasonable price. You can also try>Link
