what kind of MM is it

Trying to figure out what kind of tractor i have i know its a U but thats it. The numbers i got off of it read UT2349A.The question i have is (keep in mind this is my first MM)is it a UTI,UTA,UTU and so on ?.It has a front loader made by Reese. The MM plate on the engine reads Model # 283A4 serial # 0194802520

Tim,
Look on the right side of the transmission case for the tractor serial # plate. The engine is from 1948. If its got a Reese front end loader it may be a UTI (industrial) model. Does it have big truck front tires and a really heavy wide front axle? UTI models have a foot clutch. All other UT series tractors have a hand clutch (UB series had foot clutch also and a high centered steering wheel and operator's platform).

Thanks Brian it does have big truck tires on the front and a major leage front axle,i was thinking it was a UTI thanks again. Tim
