Put a blower to her and she'll throw smoke outta the stack like a Super Stock...a little propane injection might not hurt either

Turn the fuel delivery on the pump up to the high end of specs. I know on the U302, M5, 504, M602, M604, M670, G705, G900, G950, G955, G1000, G1350 and so on they had the Roosa-Master/Standadyne DB pump. I've went through one of those. On those all you have to do is take the top governor control cover off, take an hex key wrench, and turn the leaf spring screw in clockwise to increase fuel. On the G1000 tractors they want 94-99cc of fuel at 900 rpm per 1000 strokes. Each flat on the screw is worth 5cc of fuel so turn accordingly. Also you can increase the roller to roller dimension on the DB's to adjust max fuel. Not sure where the adjustment is on the Bosch PSB pump like you have. I know the Bosch 100 has an excess fuel screw and a cam nose adjustment. You adjust the cam nose down for more fuel. I think the Model 100 and the PSB are pretty similar, both sleeve metering pumps. Take it for what it's worth. The only major way to increase fuel for more power is to use bigger plungers or different injectors. Also bigger delivery valves help, but that's more for smoke than power. :-)

Hope that helps some.

Set a G1000 top end on it and go to town. Plenty of HP.

DUH!! Unless your GVI was made in the last 10 years or so,(if I remember correctly, GVI's haven't been made since the 1960's) it ran on high sulfur fuel when it was new. Most diesel today is low sulfur for emissions regulations. If you want it to blow smoke thru the exhaust, high sulfur fuel is one way to do it.
