Does anyone have a service manual for one of these? I'm trying to replace a broken axle and having difficulty getting it apart. The rear end is not the same as the ag version of the U. It might be the same as a UTI? Thanks for any information you can provide.

Enjoy, Joe

Model UG is a new one on me. Is it Military?
Don't know what you've tried yet,and don't know if this applies, but have you taken the cover off the transmission and looked to see if the bullgear has to come off the axle?

Kevin,

The UG is a grader model. The special rear ends were made by MM then attached to a standard U engine and sent to American Grader Company in Oklahoma to be converted into road graders. I have the rear access cover off and an trying to remove a broken axle from the bullgear where it wants to stay firmly wedged in place. I put more torque on it everyday, so far no noticable movement.

Enjoy, Joy

What differences do you see in the rear end? is it totally different, or just brakes on the axle instead of the pinion shaft?
