I am just curious what kind of money it would take to buy a YT or a UDLX if I ever found one that was for sale? What if I found a UDLX out in some guys grove-how much would that be worth unrestored? How many of the 150 UDLX's have been accounted for?

My advice is offer what you think it's worth but try not to cheat the seller too much, talk to them, find out what the seller might want out of the deal. Just try and make everybody feel satisfied after the sale because if they have one rare tractor they just might have another sitting hidden somewhere else and if you cheat them once they're apt to deal with someone else next time.

expensive
my father in law has a restored yt that they found
beside a barn out west. and it its rumored he owns
the best unrestored udlx thats out there. he never
talks about the money they cost. his father used to be a dealer and its just in his blood. i've even gotten to drive the YT. price is all what
someones willing to pay on a given day. i payed what some would call too much for a crawler once
but to me it was worth it.
