Hank,
Your engine is a 1951 vintage. As Kelvin said, post the tractor serial # of the trans tag (if its still there) and you'll know for sure what you have.

SURE ENOUGH THERE WAS A SECOND SERIAL TAG ON THE TRANNY. (#OO600528)
THIS MACHINE HAS FACTORY WIDE FRONT THAT EXTENDS
AHEAD OF THE RADIATOR.
FOUND ONE SIMILAR ON PHOTO ALBUM THAT SAYS ZTE

Hank,
Your serial number is for a 1950 ZAU. Strange that your engine was built in 1951 though. It may have been swapped sometime in its past life. ZAU is a ZA series tractor with a Universal front end (2 narrow set tires). ZTE is a ZT series tractor (ZA replaced the ZT series) with an adjustable wide front. There was also a ZAS (standard fixed width wide front axle), ZAN (single front wheel) and ZASI and ZM tractors which were military industrial tractors.

95% sure your tractor is a ZA made 1949-1953. There should be another tag on the right side of the transmission near where the belt pulley mounts.
