Sand casting flaw in Head

I have a 20-0000262 head = 4232 that I noticed leaked anti-freeze in the intake port, while I was changing the manifold and gaskets. I do not feel that it has any cracks. You can plainly see with a dental mirror that the casting has a small flaw which leaks in the intake port. I put a radiator cap pressure tester on the radiator to increase pressure. I get a small amount of anti-freeze into the oil. What do you think can fix it. JB weld, change head, stop leak.

if it where me I'd change the head but if you need it and don't have the money for a head right now like me most of the time I'd try JB weld and a raditor cap with little or no back pressure JB weld is cheap and who knows it might work but heres 1 more idea a good machine shop could probably weld it up for you hope this helps or at least gives you a few more ideas

I had the same problem. Went in there with a carbide burr on the end of a drill extension attached to my die grinder. Then used PC-7 as I have much better with it than JB-Weld. As insurance I used alum. block sealer in the water. Its held for several years.

Most hardware stores carry it. It comes in 2 seperate cans. One of which is the hardner. I have found it to be harder when it sets and it takes longer for it to setup which means that you can work longer. Its also cheaper in the long run if you don't use the same mixing tools. Costs more but there is more of it and if you use it right you can do a lot of jobs with it.
