GB Dyno test; If the dyno test is really desirable preheat the radiator with a radiant heater coupling with the radiator core thru
the air or a kerosene red devil at a good distance. This will supplement the system
to give adequate propane flow under cooler operating initial temperatures.
Or wait for ambient temperatures which will support the test right off the bat.

MAKE SURE THAT YOUR RADIATOR IS FULL

10 minutes may not be enough time for the engine to get warmed up enough to keep plenty of heat to the vaporizer to keep it thawed out. run the engine longer, then try dynoing it again

Roger's right. Too much or too little fuel has nothing to do with a vaporizer freezing up. It takes considerable heat to vaporize the fuel. I have a Case 400LP that has replacement LP equipment on it; also a replacement water pump. My problem is that the waterpump, which should feed the vaporizer, isn't tapped for it. I have limited water flow through the vaporizer until the thermostat is opened. For your purposes, if the air temp. is warm enough, you could probably run the machine on vapor for your test.
