ZA radiator caps

O.K. guys, is there any pattern to which ZA's had pressure cap radiators and which had a cast plate for a cap? I've got a '51 with cast plate and a '53 (ZAS) with pressure cap. What do you guys have on yours?

I believe in mid to late '51 they started using the pressure caps. They also had adapter plates on some that bolted in the top of the cast oval ones and used a pressure cap.

My '50 ZAU has that adapter plate that uses two bolts and bolts onto the top. If you want I could take some digital pics just for reference.

My 1950 ZA has an original cast plate radiator cap. I hope this helps.
