ZAS king pins

O.K. Now I have 2 ZAS's (And an RTS) that belonged to people who never heard of grease. Where can I find king pins and bushings at an affordable price? Surely someone has gone this route before. Also, how do you fix the funny tie rod pins that look like half a universal joint?

This is what I did with my KTA. I pulled out the old worn pins and they didnt look that hard so I tried a hack saw on them and I could saw them very easly so I went ahead and got some stress proof cut to lenght and milled a groove for the stay bolt. The bushings I picked up at a bearing supply house installed and drilled for grease holes and dressed up. The thrust bearings were still good so I cleaned them up and reused them. I am sure you can buy them at a bearing supply house also. The tie rod end pins I did the same, the yokes I drilled out and made steel bushings and weld in and drilled out to realign. I thought that this should be strong enought for a parade tractor. Hope this helps Darrell

Thanks, Darrell. That's my second choice. About 10 years ago someone mentioned in passing that they had installed kingpin kits for a Dodge truck in a ZASI. I was hoping someone would know what truck they were for, or what part number.
I've already decided I'll have to fix the tie rods your way.
