Try a starter repair shop. We broke two noses off our UB in one year. Our starter rebuilder just ordered them out of a catolog.

Try Welters. They referred me to a place, forgot the name, down by Rochestor, MN that sell's rebuilt starters. However, I had the nose cone. They said that they need a core though so this maybe wouldn't work. Just not enough nose cones around to sell them without a core. I was lucky that my grandpa had one. Then we bought a new drive, which doesn't seem to be the right one, and just used a 6 volt starter. Good Luck,
Trever
