I'm a JD owner myself, but have a fondness for Farmall and MM as well, as that's what my grandfather and uncles all ran when I was growing up in South Dakota. I'm in Kansas now, but had a reunion in Emery SD over the weekend and took in the MM show in Lennox on Saturday. Lots of MM there, and my kids loved the UDLX's the best. Also saw a MM baler, which was a first for me.

It was a wonderful show, and nice weather too. There were items I have only seen in pictures. Things too numerous to mention, including a unibalor baling.
Wow.

I thought the Siouxland Collectors and the MMCI did the best show I've ever been to. Where else could you see 3 MM combines, 1 swather, 1 baler, and 2 threshing machines, including a giant double feed MM thresher all operating in the same field? Then there was the plowing, 10 bottoms pulled by an A4T-1600, TK plow going both ways, GB with 4x? looked as deep as can be done in 3rd?, and many other tractors and plows. Then there was the demonstration on changing the implement on the UNI tractor. VERY unusual at a show, then there was the UNUSUAL assortment of tractors and implements, including a cotton stripper on a ZB, 2 other 3 point "spinner" plows, many horsedrawn implements, 2 "as found" UDLXs, all the implements to be mounted on the UNI, 26 front wheel assist tractors, and on and on!!!!

My wife and I went Friday and Saturday and thought it was a great show. Would have liked to have brought something to show but didn't have any of ours pretty enough to haul 8 hours from ND. We went to Rollag last year and thought it was great so maybe each one we go to will be better yet. Hats off to the Siouxland Collectors for the job hosting and all the people willing to bring their tractors. There were alot of people enjoying the show.
