Have a Jet Star 3 Super and same in M670 with lights in fenders. The nuts on the lights don't turn, I got them out by turning whole light and tipping out of large slot for adjust there. I think bulbs are no problem, BUT, can I buy the bulb base with mount nut and the large rubber parts for them? What have you fellas that are done restoring yours used?

When I got flat-top fenders for my jet3super they didn't have lights, so I went to Wally-World and bought some 12v universal lights and mounted them best I could.
What I would suggest is if your base can be re-used, get one of those 'nut splitters' and use it to split the stuck nuts off your studs.
You can also take a hacksaw, saw down through the nut next to and on both sides of the stud and then probably knock what's left of the nut off with a small chisel. Don't worry too much about saving all of the threads-as long as there are some on one side or the other, it'll work. Then chase the threads on the stud with a die.
