Thanks to everyone for their suggestions in my flooded cylinder post below. I put the head back on and filled the raidater with water and heard the water running into the #2 cyl. I popped the head and found a crack right at the top of the cylinder (sigh...).

Now some questions. Where can I find a replacement cylinder block, and is it worth it to continue? My big problem is that there aren't alot of MM's around where I live, so parts are hard to find.

Finally, I need a shop manual for a ZTS, one that has torque settings, etc. Does such a manual exist, and does anyone know where I can get one?

Thanks in advance!
Todd

Todd, I have two cylinder assy.'s that are not cracked, are standard bore but should probably be bored. These have been checked and cleaned up by machine shop personell. Willing to sell. E-mail me if you can't find one closer to home.

I would be interested in talking with you about the cylinders assy.'s you have. Your E-Mail was blocked so if you wouldn't mind E-Mailing me, I would appreciate it. Here is my masked E-Mail:
