Removing M5 radiator

Any ideas on how to get the little bolts out on the radiator base without twisting them off? I don't think they have ever been removed? Thanks for any ideas. Harold

I soak them with BP Blaster or similar for several day before trying to remove them. Most come out but some twist-off and have to be drilled out. Good Luck!

I am interested in putting a front end loader on a my new 1961 M5. Is this a good idea and does anyone know where I can find one.

After soaking them, peck a little bit on them with a brass hammer to help shatter and loosen the rust holding on the bolt.The downward blow sometimes forces the bolt to loose its grip with the rust.

Worked fine. Soaked them a couple days and then gave each bolt a couple sharp hits with a hammer and they all came out. Didn't twist a one off. Thanks, Harold
