I HAVE A MOLINE ON LP BUT THINK I WILL BE NEEDING A GASOLINE CARB TO SWITCH IT TO GAS TO SEE IF IT WILL MAKE MORE HP . I'VE BEEN TOLD THAT AS A RULE OF THUMB GASOLINE WILL MAKE APPROX. 20 % MORE HP ON GOOD GAS THAN LP. I'M THINKING THAT A CARB FROM G-1000 WOULD BE ABOUT RIGHT . WOULD ANYONE PLS ADVISE IF YOU HAVE ONE THAT I COULD BUY. NEED ONE THAT IS IN GOOD COND OR ONE THAT IS COMPLETE AND IN RE-BUILDABLE COND.

The average rule of thumb for comparing fuel output is as follows: Gasoline=100%, Propane(LP) is 90%, Natural gas = 60%

i am assuming you want to pull this tractor. why else would you bother getting rid of propane? call Motec, look on minneapolis-moline.com they usually have a add in the classifieds. cheaper than finding a used one.
