Our little grandson was born with multiple disabilities and his prognosis is poor. My wife would like to make him a quilt made with Minneapolis Moline material. Is it possible to order material? We've seen John Deere material, but haven't seen any MM. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Harold

Thanks for all your info. Our grandson took an unexpected turn for the worse Sunday nite, and passed away Monday evening. I'm still interested in acquiring the MM material, but it is not urgent now. I appreciate all the willingness to help us at this time.

Harold, I'm sure if you go to the MM Collectors site, contact any officer of the club, they will direct you to the people who have made those quilts, or someone who can supply the material. Try Loren Book, he will help if he can. John

I think the quilts the MM collectors raffle off are made either from printed t-shirts, or else they get the shirt printer to make prints on squares of cloth and sew them together.

I will help you look too. I would recommend looking thru back issues of Prarie Gold Rush or MM Corresponder. Reason being is that many times there are quilt pictures displayed from shows,etc. My heart goes out to you, as our daughter was born 2 month premature and we faced challenges as well. All I can say about it is we were unbelievably lucky.

My wife has been looking for some time now for it with no luck. What she is going to do is get red and gold material and blank iron on transfers. She is going to take pictures of my equipment with a digital camera and print them on the printer to make quilt blocks out of them.
