if it has good tires and runs good with sheet metal ok and hydralics yes if no to any of the above the value would come down been my exsperiance they dont bring much restored or not alot of people put $2000 into a $ 1000 tractor

Its a good price for one of you guys. Really, it depends:

On Location. Thats probably a reasonable price for a runner around here (NC) with decent tires you can expect to last several more years. I understand that collectors in the midwest expect to pay somewhat less than that for their tractors, however.

On your expectations: Do you want it to show or to use? An R is neat to show, and you can use it around the farm, but if you want a reallu useful tractor, you might want to look around for something with a 3 point hitch.
