Did MM ever produce a 6 cylinder gas or LP model G tractor before the 1959 production of the GVI.I have seen one in the hook pulling magazine but did not know if it was a actual model or maybe someone put a GVI gas engine in a GBD chassis.

Used a six in the gbd but diesel though.Like you say the pullers are useing the 800hd& some useing the diesel have herad they did put some 605 engines in the G's.

Rich,
No gas or LP 6 cylinder G models before the GVI. At least not in any quantity that would have a serial #. Moline was know to make some experimental tractors but I'd bet if it was in the Hook it was something someone put together. Probably an 800 engine - pretty popular conversion with pullers - if the rules allow.
