Neither the L-Head 206 like in the Z nor the overhead valve 206 like in the Big MO 500 are factory equipped with replaceable sleeves.

I do know it is possible to have a machine shop install repair sleeves (bored back to standard) in the overhead valve 206 like yours and I have been told that it has been done in the L-head 206 as well.

However, it is probably more economical to bore the engine for oversize pistons. Wendell Everett has them 740-922-3335, and I expect Welters 417-498-6496 and Baucom as well 1-800-658-2309 (Call around sometimes a 'free phone call' is not necessarily free.)

Also, at one time this website had a pretty good deal on oversize pistons and rings for the overhead valve 206s. As far as I know the pistons and rings can be made to work in the L-head 206s as well.
