Does anyone know of a Uni Harvestor lift frame sitting around. I think they were used to put the implements on these machines. There has to be quite a few sitting in barns around the country. Let me know folks.

Just went over to the barn to look, it's a #4500 alright, that means there were at least 3 variations then. I've got 2 of the carts also, going to make them into power unit displays. Going to try to make the power unit "frame" fit into the origional holders for the implements so they aren't destroyed. Should be a nice display, only problem is the steel wheels. Anyone ever see a cart with "stock or factory looking" rubber? Just a thought! John

We have a steel cart too in real nice shape. $15 at an auction sale. We are using it to jocky motors and big parts around. We might put a hitch on it for my MM 112 hydro to pull.

Mine is painted blue, got it from a hunter who used it to hang deer. Overkill???? No pun intended! My understanding is that there are 2 different capacities, I think mine says 4500#.

You may be looking in the wrong place. I have 2 of
these hoists. The second one I bought was in town.
The man had purchased it in the late 60's at a
farm sale. He used it to pull the motor from his
pickup. They made a good cheap hoist for the shade
tree mechanics. They could be taken apart and
moved by hand.

Yes, I know of three just in small shops in the area. Handy as heck. Grandpa uses his in heavy equipment repairs. It is on bearing rollers holding it about 1/4 inch off the floor. Very nice except he painted it blue and white over the MM yellow.
