Fuel sending unit

I have a MF-40, serial number 9A213122, it is a backhoe. What I need is a fuel sending unit that goes in the diesel fuel tank. I don't see a listing for a MF-40 in Farm and Country parts catalog. Does anyone know what other MF tractors have the same sending unit? Like a MF-135??? Any help will be very appreciated. I took the sending unit out of the tank and took it apart, the resistance wires are all broken along with the slide arm that slides over them. Only hope is to order one. I called out local MF dealer, he wants 75.00 for one, farm and country only wants 25.00 for one, but doesn't list my model. The dealer said a MF-135 is the same one? Does anyone have a good parts place that is good? And by my serial number does anyone know what year of backhoe I have. I took the number off the I.D plate off the dash. Thanks in advance for any information. I placed a picture of my tractor on the photo section of this board if anyone wants to see it.
