I have a 1964 Gas MF 90 that I bought recently,
and the front plug was fouling out, and it was
buring some oil, so I took the head off and it
needs a valve job. The rest of the tractor is in
good shape, it has 1 new rear tire, and is the
multipower model. If you guys know where it find
parts for it (valve train in particular let me know.)

I have never seen a LP-Gas model either, but there is a section in my IT shop manual for tune up and repairs to the propane system. It uses the same 242 continental engine as the gasoline model but with a higher compression ratio. These tractors were only made for 4 years, so new or used Parts are hard to find. Power steering pumps are known to give trouble, it would be a good idea to check the condition of the trans/hyd fluid as a percaution.

I like my super90 gas very much, it is a good tractor. I used it today to plough snow, engine never made half a turn and it fired up. I don't like to work it hard, If I were to break somthing I may not be able to get parts and have to scrap it. Is your super in good condition? There is a nice picture of one in the photo album, a search for super90 should find it.

Hope you enjoy your new tractor, Winston
