I'm looking at an 1100 used for last 2 decades as a hay loading tractor. Dealer bought it, fixed tranny (apparently fouled up) and looked at bearings (ok?). This 3pt is also jammed up. Dual speed PTO, diesel, 2 remotes, extra set of rears, new paint. No loader. Asking $7000. High???

I paid $4500.00 for my 1100. The 3 point was stuck but I fixed that myself. Came with a loader and grapple. Runs good and plenty of power but I would not have paid any more for it.

That does seem a bit high, I've got a MF 2805 with cab and duals that I'm only asking 4500 for, and it too has an inop lift(weak main hydraulic pump). Think I would keep looking. Good Luck with it.

$7000.00 is too high. Especially if there are lift problems. That tractor should go in the 4 to 5 thousand range. Don't get me wrong, the 1100 is a very good tractor. I own one myself. You have to discount for mechanical problems (3pt repairs can get expensive)Plus $7000 is only the asking price, good luck. David

The 1100 is a good tractor. In Ohio an 1100 goes for between $4500.00 and $7500.00. For $7000.00 I would think everything should work. I would make the dealer fix the 3pt.
