Can anyone help with the replacement of a fan belt on a MF2135 with a MF200 loader. I have owned the tractor for about 30 years and the fan belt is cracked and I know it is only time until it goes. In looking at it there does not appear to be room to get the belt between the damper pully and the from axle assemply. I have had the PTO pump off several years ago and I know it only has a short spline shaft. There is an assembly that goes through the front axle to the damper pully but I do not know how it comes apart. Need some direction before I get stranded.

Chuck

I am not sure the 2135 is the same as the 202. From what I have been able to find out is that there is a Pin that has to be driven out. Looking at it, it appears that the cowling and radiator has to be removed to do this. The clearance between the axle housing and the pully on the crank appears to be too small for a belt to fit between. If this is the case, then the 200 loader has to be removed and the housing seperated from the engine.. I was hoping this is not the case.

I have used this product on a piece of machinery that would have taken hours to strip and re assemble when drive belt needed replacing. OK its not cheap but quick and easy to fit. Link

Power pack,

Believe it or not this is the product I was looking for. 40 years ago we had these belt on the farm and used them for everything. I will give them a call tomorrow in Tenn. to see if they are available here in the US. Do you know if I need a Z, A, B, or C size. Thanks Dick
