I think I have been using that GL-5 80/90 for years in my MF 65 and have not noticed any problems. Is there something that you could point out as differences ?

IF YOU GO TO SEARCH ENGINE GOOGLE AND TYPE IN 80/90 MINERAL OIL GL-1 THERE ARE SOME THINGS ON THAT SITE THAT HAS CAUSED ME SOME CONCERN AFTER READING IT. THANKS FOR THE EARLIER REPLY. RAY.Z.

I really don't think there is a need to flush it.
Take it out for awhile to warm up the oil and drain it warm. Leave the plug out for a day and then refill.

On occasions where I've been concerned a bit about contamination, I've done exactly as Ray says, then flush out the last bit with a pint or so of diesel, then flush that out with a couple pints of new tranny oil, then leave before refilling.
