I have a massey 50 diesel witk PS.It has the newer style pump like the 135.I don't know much about the tractor,i bought it from an estate deal. The ps fluid was low. When full i could easily turn the wheel to the left, but it won't turn back. I was told to adjust the turnbuckle in front on the steering post, but it doesn't make any difference.Since the steering worked good to the left,i'm assuming it's not a pump problem.Anything else i can check? Thanks.

Eric is 100% correct. I had the same problem with my late 65 diesel recently. The holes in the ends of the turnbuckle and the pins were badly worn. I brazed the holes full and redrilled them to the proper size and replaced the pins. That thing isn't really a turnbuckle, at least on mine. It has right hand threads on both ends. One end is fine thread and the other is course.

You are on the right track. Adjustment of the turnbuckle should produce results. You should at the least be able to achieve power steering in the other direction. If the holes or pins at the ends of the turnbuckle are worn bad enough you may not be able to adjust the turnbuckle for power assist in both directions. There needs to be minimal slop/wear at these pins and holes to get power both ways. This is a common problem with steering on the Masseys.
