Kaiser Frasier used to have a line of cars out that used this same engine, a number of them were taxis. The continental, kaiser frasier and the graham paige engines were all the same and you can still get parts for them at a place like carquest or napa. What you have is probably just a repowered 44-6 which came stock with the continental 6 cylinder.

Kaiser Frazier used the identical Continental engine that was in the 101 Senior. (F226) That same engine was also found in some jeeps, and many other industrial applications.
