Hi Tom

When you check the pressure at test port the IPTO lever must be in run (engaged) position. At 1800 RPM the pressure supposed to be 240~340 PSI when the lever is returned to off position shd be 0 PSI.

The plunger in the IPTO releif valve may be stuck
open...or partially open.

If my memory is ok over the years there were 3 pump models with different mountings. All 3 models will fit over the 3PT pump but with different mounting plates.

Good luck

Tom, there probably aren"t a lot of folks that have any experience with the hydraulic system on your 150. Do you have the shop manual for your tractor and the parts manual? If not, you should get those because they are the best source of info and will help you trouble shoot on your own. Not everybody has a lot of experience on every machine ever made.
Good Luck.
