I think that I have a bad gear pump for the IPTO in my MF 150. Tested for pressure at the test port on the IPTO cover and found only 20 psi using Perma-Tran III. I drained the Prema-Tran and filled case with GL-1 and the pressure increased to only 70 psi. I also left the plug out at the test port and there was very little oil free flowing from the port. I feel that the clutch pack is fine. I supplied 200 psi oil pressure via a diverting valve from the three point pump and the pto drove my brush cutter fine.

Filter at gear pump was cleaned only 30 hours ago.

Has anyone changed out this pump or tried to repair/rebuild one?
What gear pumps are available for this tractor? I believe that the 135-150-165 all use the same pump when the tractor isn�t supplied with aux hydraulics.

Wooster Gear Pump: Wooster part number 053641-010-10 MF part number 194 649 M91 (1964 Parts Book)
IT Manual states: �service pump available through parts stock�

Have seen Plessey pumps on the net, however it looks like the mounting method is very much different than the Wooster or Service pump.
