MF 35 hydraulic issues

Hello!

Unfortunately I have another MF tractor problem! I purchased a MF 35 this winter as well as the MF 135. It's a great tractor but does have a problem. When I bought the tractor I quickly realized that the hydraulic quadrant and draft control had been messed with. The main quadrant that controls the 3 pt. doesn't really do much. However, the draft control, when the main quadrant is up, will easily pick up an implement on its own. How does one go about fixing this problem? I am accustomed to using the main quadrant to pick up an implement and then using the draft control for the slight adjustments when plowing and such.

Another quick question! I have an Agric rototiller that is 65" and is not really heavy. About 600 lbs I think. Should this tractor handle it ok? I'll tilling in disked ground that is not heavy. It's mainly loam/silty clay soil. I have a MF 135 that handles it easily.

Thanks everyone for help!

Josh
