i heard that 1155's had glitch's in the hyd pump's and that thy could be a little slow in operation,
Ivre heard nothing but good things about 1155's compared to the later ones, Im not to sure about the 2000 series, but ive driven a couple and i was still impressed with them,
the 2000 series was like being in a control tower going down the road or field All the glass around you and all the room in there ,
mannn it was really something,
I mean room to stretch out and rerlax and they really rode nice to with a nice seat and you felt like the quality was a little better than the 1155 in places,
I liked the front right side window on the 2745 alot better than the 1155's sometimes rattly and loose vent window,
Was that tube that is on the right window actually do something or does it just hold the window open so it dont accidently slam shut in the wind?
seem;s like the window's on the 2000 series were a better design,
As they were ALOTTT BIGGGER AND i COULDNT BELIEVE THE SIZE OF THEM SOMETIMES,WOOOOOWWWW,
I kindas felt like If i didnt have the air on in there than It would really get hot in there, and cook you like a chicken,
i did notice when i was in that 2745,
it was kinda strange in there with all that glass around you ,
I mean It was neat too see all around,But at the same time I was beginning to feel hot in there and with all that glass It would be really glary in there too,
I dont know<<<< maybe i really dont want a 2000 series?
Id like to drive an 1155 again if there was one around i could try?
As i think id like it alot better to the 2745,
I know the shifting system is simpler than the 2000 series and less apt to give problem's,
I like Case 970 no cab's too,
I dont want a 930 As its getting to old except for maybe redoing or occasional field work,
Ive seen some ford TW series i think their ok, but a little funky,
I wouldnt mind having a ford 8000 as I know the engines on those things were pretty good,
I kinda like the IH 1486's too but never yet got to run one in the field,
Seem's like thier a little short wheelbase,
I dont know?
maybe like some 70's Cases???
Ive run 4430's and 8630's before, and the 4430 was ok but a little cramped in the cab,
ran good, steered ok too except when you had a disc or sweeps and all the way in and you had to turn left and it wanted to go straight even when you hit the left turning brake,
8630's were a stud totally liked running my uncles one,
sit there and run it wide open and it didnt even care what you did to it it would just run all day without nary a fuss,
turn on the cool air, get something good on the radio like classical or pop music and just go around and around till you were done,
take her home let her cool down and then shut it off and step down and know that you had a good time in something that was fun to drive and good design,
Shoot,,,, I dont know??
Maybe Ill just get an 8630 to rekindle old times and job it out and be done with it,
I still like 1155's and Im slavering for one still,
But ive never run a 4 wheel drive massey either, and i was thinking of an 1805 If i could just find one in decent cond as I would stand there on the side of the field and listen to that big Cat V8 as this one I was watching went by and id say to my self, mann what a tractor,

Just curious but is there any point to all that stuff you wrote? Sounds like you've got cabin fever or something? Maybe you were just dreaming out loud? Seems odd, to me anyway.

Nooo Im not bored,
Im not like alot of ones out there that just settle on something cause thats all they can afford or like,
if theres a person that like alot of types of makes of machinery then get ahold of me and we can go over it and then swap pictures or just talk shop and whatever,
I like alot of the woman out there that care about older machinery too and wanna help with cooking, and make pies and other things and run the tractor too in the field or the combine,
I like the lady's that are there to talk and wanna share things too about older houses and antiques, and other things like animals and things lady's like like period clothing and knitting and comforters and things that only a nice lady can understand,
I really like the things and blankets and comforters, and really good food that the lady's make and all the things they do to make us more comfy, and make life more comfortable,
Not just tractors or machinery,
If theres some lady out there that see this then get back to me ok,mand we'll talk some more ok, I like alot of types of machionery and const stuff too ,
older stuff like skip loaders and Case 580's and older white mustang trucks
I mean If i had my way id get all those and put them in a collection to use and enjoy and if anyone needed a tractor then they could just use it and then bring it back and there'd be no problem,
Kirk,
